While building up her stock, Brown wanted to start buying pieces that she had worn on shoots and to rebuild her archive. Handily, she had kept several detailed journals of her time modeling, including diary entries, magazine cutouts, and Polaroids. “I love when I’m digging through the Workout Because Murder Is Wrong Purple Dragon Shirt also I will do this photo archives from my shoots, and I kind of get transported back to that day. Currently, Brown is on the hunt for a Christian Dior by John Galliano salmon pink gown that she wore to her high school prom, along with the matching shoes that had gold and salmon pink ribbons. “My agent told Christian Dior that I was going to my prom and they sent me the dress and shoes to my house in Georgia,” she says.

Find a dentist and a doctor, vote, and most important, when I meet new people, say, “I live in Bellport. Yeah, no one has ever heard of it. It’s a little town on Long Island.” Long Island! So many of my friends in the city escaped Long Island. Am I really ready to choose it, and a small town at that, just a prettier version of my original little town?
